Artist Immigration Administrator

This position requires a self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Remote work is not possible for this position, all administration must be carried out in the office.


  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to Prioritize many time-sensitive situations while juggling multiple priorities Keen attention to detail
  • Patience • Bilingual French/English • Minimum 2-years administrative experience Daily Responsibilities: • Process United States Visa Petitions and all related documentation
  • Data maintenance
  • Daily communications with artists and/or artist representatives, other AFM/CFM Offices, and U.S. Visa Service Center Adjudicators On-line and/or in-person meetings
  • On-line and/or in-person meetings • Advising individuals on USCIS Visa application requirements
  • Other related administration as may be required

Starting Salary & Benefits:

  • $45,000-50,000
  • Pension & benefits after successful completion of introductory period
  • Vacation, sick and personal leave after successful completion of introductory period
